Shetty Residence

The apartment in Mumbai’s suburbs was designed for a South Indian couple in their late forties. Being the only two people in a 2bhk home provided us an edge in terms of space. The flat was on the 8th floor near the airport, which provided adequate natural ventilation and plenty of daylight. This allowed us to experiment with the layout and turn a bedroom into a study space. It came with a simple foldable study table, a mandir, and a storage unit. The sofa/bed was intended for occasional visitor visits.
