This 740 sq.ft. 2BHK home in Kandivali East, Mumbai, was designed by Maksideo Design Consultants for a family of four, with a 2.5BHK layout converted into a cleaner 2BHK to meet the client’s need for spacious, clutter-free living. The result is a minimalistic Scandinavian interior built around an open kitchen layout, with a bar partition used for special occasions. Window openings were maximised on the north and west sides to draw in natural light and airflow throughout the day. Styling was kept deliberately restrained, with décor limited to plants and books — reinforcing the home’s clean, minimal character.
